Privacy Policy

National Recycling is a commercial waste collection service operated by Collect and Recycle. Our head office is at 400 Pavilion Drive, Northampton, NN4 7PA, and our depot is at Unit 3, Ringtail Place, Burscough Industrial Estate, Burscough.

If you have any questions about this policy, email recycle@collectandrecycle.com or call 0845 366 9306.

When you request a quote through our website we collect the details you provide: your name, business name, email address, phone number, collection postcode, the type and volume of waste, any extra collection details, and any photos or documents you attach to the form.

We also receive basic technical information, such as your browser type, when you use the website.

We use the details you send us to prepare your quote, reply to your enquiry and arrange collections. We keep records of the waste we collect, because waste regulations require businesses to hold transfer and consignment paperwork.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to send marketing you have not asked for.

We share the collection details we need to with the verified haulage partners and licensed recycling or disposal facilities that carry out your collection. We also share information where the law requires it, such as with the environment regulator.

We keep quote enquiries for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and any follow-up collections. Records tied to waste collections are kept for the period waste regulations require.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, and object to our use of it. Email recycle@collectandrecycle.com and we will respond.

We keep the cookies on this website to the minimum the site needs to work. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites or to build advertising profiles.

For any question about this policy or the way we handle your information, contact us at recycle@collectandrecycle.com, call 0845 366 9306, or write to National Recycling, 400 Pavilion Drive, Northampton, NN4 7PA.
